Today I wept for the 18 Palestinians that died. 13 of them were from the same family of 16. I don’t have a solution to the war. All I have is a heart that goes out to the three that remain in that family, and the thousands who experience that same level of darkness that I will never know. May their Allah comfort them in this mourning.
